i just watched a youtube vid on the last level of reach and when it tells you to survive how come your shields don't fu**in regenerate??? i mean it's friggin retarded |

You sure you don't have BLACK EYE on? it stops Shields from Regenerating, because in my Playthrough, my shields did regenerate on that level. |

I think it goes by how much damage you have taken. After "x" amount of total damage, your helmet gets 1 crack in it, after "y" amount of total damage, your helmet gets 2 cracks. And after 2 cracks, and you reach "z" amount of total damage, and your shields are low, the cutscene begins. |

your supposed to die thats why they dont regenerate |
