Will elites be able to get jet packs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no i played the game already the elites just have the evade perk only.. as spartans are the ones using the other perks armors.. but most just ok armors as the stealth u can see pretty easy plus radar kinda gives it away.. also with the shield to make u immune to everything kinda sucks too.. when ppl used it i just step back and timed it and throw a nade as he pops out and kills him... jet pack is the far most useable armor as lets u move around the map easy my fav.. also sprint is good too for used close range weps like shotguns swords doing flag objective work also making a mad dash at the begining for wep control.. elites have evade which is awsome makes moving around the map and around corners very easy to team shot pretty fast
