I was recently trying to download a bungie vidoc and i recieved the following message, "you are not permitted to download content of this rating." But when i check my system settings it says i can download anything i want. does anyone else have this problem? will it effect the beta? if my friend downloaded through his profile to my xbox, could i access the beta? plz tell me any possible solutions if you can

If you have a childs account and are still under 18, you can't change it. All you can do is create a silver account and specify your age as (#)/(#)/1990. The problem is that for demo's, you'll have to wait until it is unlocked for silver (technically it comes out early for gold), however you should have no problem with video's or the reach beta.
