I think there should defenatly be an arbiter possible brutes in 1 level and definately no flood the reason the flood are only on halo instalations |

They should put in an Arbiter, and according to halo wars the UNSC knew about both brutes and the flood before Halo 1, which means they could easily put both into reach. |

Since this is the fall of Reach i think there should be an arbiter that gets killed via boss battle but no brutes except for maybe one level and definatly no flood because they havent even discovered the flood yet |

arbiter... none. due to the fact in halo wars Forge quoted the arbiter as "Some big Elite" showing that being the first encounter of the arbiter. brutes.... maybe. Bungie is having a really hard time fitting the brutes into the story line. flood... none. reasons are from John Yautja but could have been worded better. |
